Sounds unheard
Streaming video companies have copyright softwares built-in which suppress the capacity of capturing images from their proposed content, and meet any attempts at a screen recording with a rectangle of empty black.
CC-titles however—the captioning service which provides audio descriptions for people with hearing difficulties—do escape the image suppression, leaving a acoustic image in text form of an event unfolding on the streaming screen.
This is a series of spatial interventions involving screen captures of specific events fly-posted on propped-up panels and cutting a black void in the space, safe for the intimations of presence they offer.
